Paintball, Bonfire, and California

Well, now that March Madness is over (and most of April...ha!) I can get back to blogging :)
In the super awesome goodness and excitement of March Madness, TJ and I made some round sugar cookies and took them to Kent and Kayla's place.
And frosted them to be little basketballs! Fun, cute, and very yummy!
At the beginning of March, before all the Madness started, we went paintballing with some of our friends. We bought a Groupon in the summer, and we finally got to use it! We played for a couple hours, and it was a lot of fun. Painful...but a lot of fun. The group starting from the left: Erik & Nicole, Kenny & Kari, Chris & Emily, TJ & Me.
This picture cracks me up. I love Nicole's face (left). We are intense paintball-ers.
Ain't no messin' around here.
Our "after" shot. You can't really see all the paint on me, because some of the good splatters were on my back, but you can see some on the side. I got hit in the most painful places...the hip bone, shoulder blades, tricep (those were all super close-range shots, too), and the last one was right on my knuckle. I was bleeding. Needless to say that was the last round I played. Luckily it was after we had played quite a few rounds. And no, I did not pee my pants in this picture. This was after I washed my hand and ran it under cold water for a while, and I got some water on my pants.
Another fun thing we did was have a fun bonfire up the canyon with some friends one night.
The last weekend in March TJ had a meet in Stanford...
...and I went with him! Well, I went to the meet. I stayed with my sister and her family and it was so much fun!! It was rainy the whole time I was there, but we still had fun. This is my little nephew Blaine after he enjoyed some Red Vines licorice. He is seriously such a cutie! Love that little man.
Me and TJ at the track meet.
TJ and Katie. The girls had so much fun cheering for TJ. GO TJ!!!!!!!!!!! :) We all loved watching.
Afterward we went and walked around Stanford campus, which is absolutely beautiful.
Then TJ had to catch his flight back to Provo. My family and I went to Google, where Christian, my brother-in-law works and got a little tour.
We saw many an Android :)
And that was the month of March for us! This weekend is graduation...more to come on that later :)
